[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit over a month ago as a replacement for as lesser Frigidaire unit that came with our house. The unit was not a direct swap since the backing plates were different. Some changes had to be made to the backsplash to accommodate the larger unit. The unit appears quieter and cooks more evenly than our last unit and does have the ability to lower the alert chime. This is helpful since I rise early and use the device to prepare my breakfast. I am very happy with the LED lighting and the look matches our other Professional Grade Frigidaire appliances.

Awesome reheat and convection oven features

The microwave has plenty of neat features (convection oven, timers, various heating settings, and it is spacious). I am so glad that they put in this quality, sleek looking appliance.
