Overall a good purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had the new microwave installed and it seems t o be working well. We have not tried any of the cooking features since we primarily use it to warm up food.
It has made a strange loud pitched sound on more than one occasion. We are not sure what that means bit we are watching it closely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First Home Microwave

So many things that help me up my cooking game. The microwave performs perfectly and has been a fantastic backup convection oven. It's wonderful when appliances go above and beyond expectations and the Frigidaire Professional line is top-notch quality. I highly recommend it!

Nice looking and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product a lot. I LOVE the 30 sec microwave feature. Tap a button for a quick reheat or defrost. I don't find the microwave heats as evenly as my last one, however I think I will play with the settings a bit more. I do wish the instruction manual were a little clearer. I was a little confused as to how to use the convection and combination settings and which accessories to use with them. It took reviewing the manual more than once to figure it out.
