[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice microwave but has a few design flaws. The biggest one is where the controls are located, on the door. When you go to grasp the handle to open the door, it's easy to accidentally touch the time section of the control pad. Then you have to cancel that before you can enter your commands. Also, the beeper isn't very loud. There is also an error in the Owner's Manual in the directions for setting the clock, I had to figure it out myself!

Sleek and sophisticated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks great and works well. I haven't used the convection option yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so. It's pretty new, so only one other thing I've noticed is that timer is super faint, even on the higher volume setting. If you've got a lot stuff going on in the kitchen, it's almost impossible to hear. But very happy otherwise.
