[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought both the professional microwave/convection oven and the gas range. The delivery people severely damaged my microwave/convection and the Electrolux rep sent replacement parts to my home right away. After the replacement parts were installed, I used the convection for the first time. It shut down and tripped an error code. Delivery damage again, and it was repaired by Electrolux warranty coverage. Now the oven works just like expected. The set is beautiful to look at and is extremely efficient. I've had them for two months now, and I'm trying each of the specialized features. They have all performed as expected, and I am pleasantly surprised. I've never purchased a Frigidaire appliance before and have to say I was skeptical, but Frigidaire will definitely be at the top of my list for future appliance purchases!

Convenient features, quiet, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a little learning as it has so many options. But, until you learn them just hit a couple buttons and use it like the old days. :-) It "senses" when things are hot by steam resent, which works well. It lets you enter in frozen stuff and calculates how to defrost, a very nice feature.

Love my new microwave/convection oven!
