Good microwave, ineffective fan

All is good so far with the microwave an it'seems features, but the fan is worthless. The specs say capable of moving 400 cu inches of air? I wish as it is factored into the kitchen design and now I am stuck. We checked the vent outside and it it blowing lots of air, but the suction inside is very weak. We checked connections, checked pipe and can't figure out how this is happening. For the price I paid I would like all the features to be functional
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Katy1985, I am so sorry to hear that your microwave is not working properly for you. You may want to check to ensure that you have flipped the fan in the top of it before installing it so that it will blow out correctly. I would check page 9, 13 and 14 of your Instruction Manual for further instructions. Please let us know if you should have any other questions. Thank you, Jennifer

Product was bought and installed without issues. My 5' wife loves it and uses iit as a microwave now, but she is reading the materials to learn how it can br used as a convection oven.
