Best Microwave we've ever had!

We have always had the freestanding microwaves. We built a house this year and wanted something more nice. Frigidaire was in our budget. My wife originally wanted a Dutch oven, but with the convection option, this microwave combined with our range gave us more Cubic Feet of oven space. I've baked cookies with it once and it did great! The sensor reheat does really well. I'm standing there watching and thinking, "This is going to be scalding HOT!" But being patient and waiting for the cycle to finish, the food came out at very close to the perfect temperature for me. We are very pleased with ours

I don't think I have used my full size oven once since I got this microwave! Bonuses- extremely quiet and the light is beautiful!

oven worthless, microwave good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine from lowes about 3 months ago and the oven is next to worthless. Burns everything on the edges when I do use the oven. even with the round rack in and rotating. Put 2 fish fillets in a glass backing dish with a spoonfull of butter on top of each and bake for 15 min at 325'f. butter still was sitting on top. was up to temp because used preheat first. next tried roast at 375 for another 15 min and only the very outside edges were done still raw in middle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased these appliances in January 2018. The door had to be replaced because the 4,5,6,0 were not working.

It looks like the repair was completed in June 2018. Broken Handle

We purchased this model 2 years ago, and the handle has broken off at the plastic connection...Unfortunately didn't buy the extended warranty. Repairman came to look at it and found the handle is out of stock to replace the entire door is close to what we purchased it! I see I'm not the only one with this problem!

Convection function defective

I bought this oven about a month ago, and the convection oven feature will not heat above 350F (has settings to 450F). Also, there are loud intermittent noises from microwave generator and turntable motor. Frigidaire has sent "repairman" who declared the unit 100% functional. Have re-filed warranty claim. Frigidaire's warranty performance has been abominable; unit is defective in multiple ways and should have been replaced without question.
