[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave six months ago and we have been very pleased. We even baked a pecan pie in it for Thanksgiving. We love all the options and it feels very sturdy. The only draw back is the timer. It is VERY quiet, and if you're not paying attention, you'll miss it!

The Frigidaire Professional French Door Stainless fridge is wonderful but has an annoying humming motor sound coming from the ice maker, 24/7, and I enjoy peace and quiet when I'm in the kitchen cooking.

It was missing a few pieces, which we were unaware of: self-leveling screws, mounting bracket, and vent pieces. We have it mounted on the wall, not over the stove, so the vent pieces were not a big deal. I called in and ordered the mounting bracket and tried to order the screws (didn't get the right screws but found some at a mom and pop hardware store). I LOVE this microwave. I plan to try the convection oven this weekend. My dog really appreciate the under mount light--it lights his food and water at night! :)
