[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a defective Samsung with this unit. Love the features and the great LED lights that illuminate the stovetop below it. It cooks well and is easy to use.
Our unit seems to be very loud, especially when the magnetron is on. It makes a loud AC hum that is annoying. The inside lighting is not very good. The metal holes where the lights shine through cast odd shadows on the good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the features on this microwave! It has a solid feel to it and a setting for almost everything. I love the melt butter setting, it softens it perfectly without melting it down to nothing, like my old one did. Popcorn is perfect and warmed and defrosted foods don't have the hot spots in them. I have not used the convection setting yet so can't comment on that. Love it!

Great microwave/convection oven
