[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a defective Samsung with this unit. Love the features and the great LED lights that illuminate the stovetop below it. It cooks well and is easy to use.
Our unit seems to be very loud, especially when the magnetron is on. It makes a loud AC hum that is annoying. The inside lighting is not very good. The metal holes where the lights shine through cast odd shadows on the good.

It is common for the microwave to make some noise while in use. If the sound is exceptionally loud, it could indicate the microwave requires a service call.
