Best looking over-the-range microwave - but,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best-looking over-the-range microwave on the market. Really like the LED lighting and stainless steel interior. We have not had it long enough to rate its long-term performance, but so far, so good.
The standard 30-second quick heat button works for just about everything and it is about all we use. The extras, like the convection cooking, metal racks, etc. are extras we never use, and I do not even know where the racks are, as you cannot store them in the oven when it is being used as a microwave.
All in all, it is a very nice appliance, although it is way over-priced when compared to others. Getting rid of the metal racks and the convection oven would probably make it much less expensive, as these features are probably not used by most folks anyway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the Look!

My cabinets were built in 1998 and are 12 inch cabinets, so the microwave protrudes quite a bit, which is something that I had not thought of, but I can, and must live with it. I tried to add a photo but "add photo" does not work!

Broken wire in touch panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] especially like the push 1 feature that gives you 1-10 minutes, have yet to be able to cook successfully with convection, had service rep come out and test oven and everything is working properly, some better suggestions and instructions would be helpful still experimenting but everything seems to be under cooked or almost dehydrated or taking longer than conventional oven using wrong cookware, using items that we used in our NuWave?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older microwave/convection model with this one. This appears sturdier than our old frigidaire model. The convection option is more efficient. Love this feature for baking small items or roasting nuts, etc.
