Handle cracked off

Two years old and handle cracked completely off! The vent cover cracked as well. Very disappointed!

Professional Microwave Handle bracket is cheap and falls apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frigidaire Professional fridge, stove, and microwave last year. The microwave handle just cracked and fell off. Do not buy this unit. The unit works great, but the handle issue now makes it worthless. I will let readers know what Frigidaire can do to resolve this. The grip bar is steel and the bracket that holds it on is cheap plastic and falls apart.

Not reliable

Worked great for about 3 years then quit. We replaced it with the Sam model and it happened again. I won’t buy another.

plastic clunk-a-junk

After only 3 years of use the handle pulled away from the door and also started to crack. The door opens and closes with loudly and with difficulty, this probably contributed to the handled breaking. The exhaust fan initial setting is the highest-shouldn't this start out at the lowest, less noisy level and work up as needed? The finish is not very durable.

4yrs out of a PRO SERIES??

Let's start by saying if I would have reviewed this even a year ago would have been 5stars hands down love everything about it however it now no longer works switch in door or something and torn stainless steel see attached picture. Bought everything in this series for kitchen remodel. Spent thousands on something I thought was of very high quality from a trusted name brand and basically told its out of warranty

EXTREMELY EXTREMELY disappointed

I bought this unit brand new 3 years ago, it's only actually been used for less than 2 years. One day the control panel just went out and I haven't been able to use the microwave, light or ventilator system on here. The unit can be plugged in but no matter what you press, it doesn't register. I've had a multitude of microwaves over the past 20 years and have never expected that the most expensive one would be the shortest living product. Not having access to not only a microwave, but the ventilation and light is just extremely disheartening. Thought that I would get a professional unit that's named Frigidaire Professional, but I absolutely didn't. Makes me want to refrain from ever purchasing a Frigidaire product again.

Unrealiable

Purchased this to be installed in newly built house. Has been in use 15 months and already have experienced 2 major problems: 1/2 of the control panel doesn't function and the door handle snapped off when it was simply being pulled open. Loved the functionality of this microwave, but it should be recalled due to these problems. Ridiculous to pay this much money for something so unreliable.
