[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had them out 4 times to replace the door as the buttons on the right did not work. The last time the buttons worked but the door was dented. Otherwise I like this unit but the beep sound when done and the timer could be louder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the complete Professional Series Suite for my kitchen a month ago. I love all of them. The microwave/convection oven is great. The things I can do with this one piece are endless. I will never go back to having a regular microwave again. This is perfect for when I am making a large dinner and my oven is full. Love it!

It looks very high end, no finger prints and easy to use (didn't even have to get out the manuel..we all know how busy life can be). We also bought the matching fridge, range and dishwasher. So happy with ALL of them!!
