DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I purchased this product on June 29, 2017, accepted delivery and installed it for use in August. After less than three years of use, it no longer works. The microwave continually trips the breaker as described by other reviewers. The breaker was replaced to confirm that the issue lies with the microwave's attempt to pull too much power, from it's dedicated breaker.
My family purchased a complete set of kitchen appliances in 2017 with the expectation that we were paying a premium price to purchase a quality product that would last. I called Frigidaire before posting here to find out if there were any recalls on this item due to the numerous reviews indicating this exact problem. I was told there are no recalls and that the company will not stand behind it's product beyond the initial warranty period.
A disappointing lesson learned. There is no point in purchasing a product with any expectation of quality and reliability over time. A sad statement.

Trip circuit breaker and doesn't start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a 2,5 years old microwave. It used to work fine, but now everytime I hit the start button, it trips the circuit breaker. A technician did take a look at and confirmed the microwave causes the issue.
However the fan and light work well, but I cannot use the microwave for the reason I purchased it.
I wouldn't recommend this appliance.

Stopped working after 2 years

This is a beautiful microwave that has many great features. It should not need to be repaired after 2 years! The panel board needs to be replaced as well as the humidity sensor. I can buy a new microwave for less than the cost of repairs. I'm so disappointed in this brand.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have purchased two of these microwaves in the last 4 years. Both lasted less than two years. Very disappointed....for the price point this product should last longer.

Second one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is part of a suite of kitchen appliances that I purchased in 2017. The left side of the circuit board broke. No light, no fan, no defrost, all the things that are used all the time. This happened in 2019, just outside of the warranty. The part, repair and service call were about the same cost as buying a new one. So a new one was purchased. I have told my family to be gentle when closing the microwave door. Maybe that was how the circuit was damaged. Not sure. If I didn't have the matching appliances, I would not have purchased this microwave again. The salesman where we bought the appliances confirmed that they have a problem with this model and we are not the first to have this issue.

Handle is weak and easily breaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My handle has already broken and cocas appliances where I purchased it wants 130 for the handle and 179 to put it on. I love the appliances but it looks terrible with a broken handle.

Handle is weak and broke

The handle broke and my husband tried to fix it less than 3 years old. He ended up dropping the door, and it got dents. We just replaced the whole microwave. The door handle is chrome and not stainless steel. Now it doesn’t match the other appliances. Very disappointed that Frigidaire is cutting corners.

Great in every way until it stops working after only 2.5 years

2.5 years old and now blows the circuit breaker every time you turn it on. My old one which came with the house worked perfectly for 18 years.
The features are great but the wife is less than impressed. This was supposed to be an upgrade.
It's not worth paying someone to come fix it, it would like cost half of what a new one would and now I'm stuck with a microwave that probably will not make it another 2.5 years so I get to pay 2.5 times for the same thing.
Does anyone know where to find a service manual? Model: FPBM3077RFB
