I had anew kitchen installed the microwave was up literally one week used it on Thanksgiving morning never worked again repairman came said computer died. Still waiting for part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this convection microwave. Easy to use, cooks very evenly and looks fabulous in my kitchen. I have only used convection once for cookies and was pleased with the results. I got more than I bargained for and am very happy with it.

This is intuitive to use. Initially, I was intimidated about using the convection feature but the appliance is user friendly. I'm frustrated by the quiet sound for the timer, etc. Previously my microwave had a nice loud tone that I could hear in most areas of my home. Not the case with this one. Aside from that, I have no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a real Microwave!

We purchased this microwave a month ago, this really completes the kitchen no other like it. Looks great, works wonderful. This microwave does more than just heat food up. It actually is a whole cooking appliance.

This was a replacement for a defective microwave. Nothing wrong with this one, heats up fast and convection oven is nice too.

Nice addition to kitchen, multi-use microwave, exhaust fan and combo oven. Also has a light to illuminate the stove top. Wish it were an inverter driven microwave
