I DO NOT FEEL THIS PRODUCT IS RELIABLE , IT FAILED AFTER TWO AND A HALF YEARS. A LOT OF MONEY FOR A SHORT SPAN OF TIME.

18 months old and now will not turn on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We Purchased this microwave 18 months ago and it now does not even turn on. This is. Very disappointing. We loved this product up until it failed after such a short length of time.

Brand new and didn't work!

This over the stove microwave/convection oven was purchased brand new and was installed by an electrician. We paid for him to install it. After trying it the first time, almost nothing happened. The lights, the fan, clock, clicking various options on the front demonstrating visually what should be happening all worked, but that was it. The turntable wouldn't move, and nothing would heat up. Everything remained cold inside the unit. What a disappointment to say the least! I tried everything, but ended up calling the company we purchased it from, and they wanted to send a repairman out to fix it, which they did. Upon his arrival and talking to him, my wife decided she didn't want a fix to a brand new never been used microwave. Thus, he left. After talking to the company they decided to send out a brand new unit and install it for free, which they normally don't do. We were very fortunate they did this as it is not cheap to have it removed from above the stove and then reinstalled. Anyway, it was done and so far is working fine. Unfortunately I feel little confidence that this unit will last for any period of time without future difficulties. Time will tell. This whole process took several weeks and proved an inconvenience for us as we always use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Troubled Micowave/Convection, lemon.

Have microwave convection for 5 months. After a month fan stopped working. Company Tech replaced circuit board, checked microwave now turntable does not work. Tech came back needs to replace circuit board again, says MW only pulling 15 volts, Think I bought a lemon appliance. Unfortunately Cannot recommend product, my intuition tells since this first MW/Convection oven their design of this product was bad and especially electronics.

Poor Quality microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is 2 years old and when we attempt to use it, the circuit breaker is blown. We have an extended warranty and it has been at the repair place for a month already. They have tried 2 different parts and are now awaiting the 3rd part (a new board). Why oh why can’t they just declare it infixable and give us the buy out! I have been without a microwave for 5 weeks now!

Microwave touch panel stopped working

Our microwave just stopped working after only a year and a half! We bought the Frigidaire Professional 1.8 Cu. Ft. 2 in 1 over the range convection microwave as part of a package, along with the professional series french door refrigerator, electric range/oven, and dishwasher for a kitchen remodel in January 2020.
The touch panel no longer works. The clock lights up, displaying the factory default of 12:00, and the interior light still comes on when the door is opened, but nothing else works. To add to the inconvenience, the microwave houses the fan for the oven and the light over the cooktop, both of which are no longer functional. This impacts our use of the cooktop and oven. We are very distressed and disappointed that this product failed after such a short time. We have faithfully followed the usage and maintenance instructions as outlined in the manual. This should not happen to a premium brand name product at this price point.
