Horrible Microwave, Huge waste of Money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for under 4 years and the weld on the microwave door failed. At this price point the over should cover more than one year warranty on workmanship. That led to the cable to the control panel being damaged.

Keeps Tripping Breaker

For the cost, you'd think one would get more than 3 years of VERY occasional usage from it. Not sure how this company is still selling this item, with so many having the same issue. I think a recall is in order.

A genuinely terrible product.

I'm finally replacing this microwave after 5 years of non stop problems. Since I bought this microwave we've had at least 4 separate unique problems. Within the first 6 months they had to replace the whole unit as the door would not align properly. From wiring issues with the door electronics to problems with plastic parts falling off and breaking this unit constantly had problems. Yesterday the handle finally cracked and fell off. For the price there is no excuse for the poor quality of this product. I can't see myself ever purchasing a Frigidaire microwave again. Items of this price are not disposable.

It' OK.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this specific model because it had the convection oven option included. I have tried using 3 times. The first time, I pre-heated the oven to 400, then baked frozen pizza per instructions. Visually it looked good; in fact, it was very browned, crispy, almost burnt in a few places, but the interior was still completely cold.
The other two times, I don't recall specifically what I cooked, but the same thing. The exterior looks cooked and bubbling hot, but was cold. I've given up on using it. I assume its a hyped up claim that doesn't really work. If you have some advice feel free to share.

Trips the Breaker

We bought this microwave just over 2 years ago. If you open the door while its running it trips the breaker, EVERY TIME! For the price we are extremely frustrated.

Just a Question

I have a 36" wide Microwave now that needs to be replaced; however, it is impossible to get a 36" these days. One must purchase a 30" Microwave and fill in the 3" gap on each side or a 6" gap on one side. Do you offer a filler kit for this product?

Great features when they worked

We bought a set of stove fridge and microwave in the early part of 2018 for a new build house as of today the stove sometimes shuts off gas while cooking and the microwave completely stopped working today January 11, 2021. We bought Frigidaire because we felt it was supposed to be good quality and paid a lot for each appliance, being pensioners we can’t afford to be replacing appliances every 3 years or have expensive repair bills, I am so disappointed.
