Love the Microwave - Don't Love the Handle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave for just over 1 year and already the handle broke off and we replaced it... and now, just 2 months later is happened again with the new one! I think the plastic they use doesn't like the heat from the stove below it and makes it brittle because we are very light users of the microwave, yet it has broken twice! It wasn't cheap but the handle sure is! Frustrated!!

Horrible Microwave, Huge waste of Money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for under 4 years and the weld on the microwave door failed. At this price point the over should cover more than one year warranty on workmanship. That led to the cable to the control panel being damaged.

Keeps Tripping Breaker

For the cost, you'd think one would get more than 3 years of VERY occasional usage from it. Not sure how this company is still selling this item, with so many having the same issue. I think a recall is in order.

A genuinely terrible product.

I'm finally replacing this microwave after 5 years of non stop problems. Since I bought this microwave we've had at least 4 separate unique problems. Within the first 6 months they had to replace the whole unit as the door would not align properly. From wiring issues with the door electronics to problems with plastic parts falling off and breaking this unit constantly had problems. Yesterday the handle finally cracked and fell off. For the price there is no excuse for the poor quality of this product. I can't see myself ever purchasing a Frigidaire microwave again. Items of this price are not disposable.

It' OK.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this specific model because it had the convection oven option included. I have tried using 3 times. The first time, I pre-heated the oven to 400, then baked frozen pizza per instructions. Visually it looked good; in fact, it was very browned, crispy, almost burnt in a few places, but the interior was still completely cold. The other two times, I don't recall specifically what I cooked, but the same thing. The exterior looks cooked and bubbling hot, but was cold. I've given up on using it. I assume its a hyped up claim that doesn't really work. If you have some advice feel free to share. Not impressed.
