This is a beautiful appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Frigidaire appliance package when we recently remodeled our kitchen. This is a beautiful and spacious oven. In addition to the many baking features, the hood light is great and has several options of brightness! Another great feature I have never had is a fan with various options. My husband hates the smell when I prepare deviled eggs. I chose the turbo setting and the smell disappeared immediately!! We love our new appliance!!

Broken handle

Purchased as part of a complete suite of appliances for remodeled kitchen. It's been under 2 years and the handle broke off in my hand. I purchased an extended warranty for each appliance and now I find out that a handle is not covered.
How do I get a handle fixed? No one seems to know the answer to that question!

I’m not pleased to lean you are having issues with the microwave. I did some research and for your model to replace the handle the door assembly will need to be replaced. I would love to help research some resolution options we may have available, be on the lookout for an email from me shortly.

Too expensive for what it does

I received this microwave 2 years ago and now the touch pad is not working. Also whenever we try to use the convection options, heating does not work. We were using just as microwave.

Doesn’t seem to brown food
