Very easy to use

Our last microwave was a Professional Frigidaire that lasted for 11 years and we liked it. But this new one has better options and great LED lights. It seems easier to use and the plus thing is the convection over. We have used it several times since we bought it, this allow us to get rid of our big toaster oven. That took up a lot of space on our counter, we did have to buy a toaster. But it was a small one and did not take up much space, which made things nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Installation Options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed in previous cabinet opening required filler kit that does not match in color, grain, or size. Looked so ugly that we are now working with cabinet people to replace the cabinet/ eliminate the need for a filler kit. Not good.

Key pad stopped working

Read reviews, shopped multiple stores and decided to buy this more expensive microwave and had it professionally installed. Purchased October 2016, stopped working January 2018. Right side of key pad no longer works which makes the microwave totally unusable. Only two adults in household and microwave used to warm dinners and occasionally defrost food. Followed all use/cleaning instructions. Very disappointed I chose this Frigidare appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely disappointed - AGAIN, AGAIN & AGAIN!!!

As in our reviews of both the side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher, we decided to upgrade from our 2008 Professional Series to this newest collection, and have been disappointed ever since.
The microwave looks nice from the outside. Enough said.

Lots of repairs!

I move into a rental 11/2016 with all new Frigadaire appliances. Although it was purchased in August it was not installed until November. By late January 2017 it had stopped working. It took two months and four service calls. The third part they replaced was the one needed. By early November, although the microwave would still heat, nothing on the right side of the board would work (fan, light, defrost, melt, power, popcorn, etc.). The owner went back to the store and had them replace it. The new one was installed December 18th and by February 16th it was not working. Each time they have stopped working it has had different "symptoms". Fortunately the owner has a five year warranty, but it is too inconvenient to not have it working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better design
