I bought this "professional series" microwave along with the pro series range and dishwasher. What a colossal and costly mistake! This microwave is chintzy not easy to operate and very hard to figure out how to use it. The carousel on the inside is very wobbly even when seated properly. About half the time when you close the door the light stays on because the door doesn't sit tight to the body of the appliance. I wish I had my old builder grade microwave back. What a mistake PLEASE learn from me DO NOT BUY this thing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use & looks sharp in the kitchen!

We bit the bullet and went for an entire kitchen remodel. After weeks of planning, and reviewing appliances was probably one of the most lengthy processes, we decided on this model due to great reviews, stylish appearance and interior size.

We wanted the convection microwave and this model was strongly recommended by out sales person. We trust his judgement and are very satisfied with the results. They installed our unit and installed an outside vent.

We have owned this appliance for approximately 6 weeks and have been totally satisfied. We updated our Kitchen appliances and I'm sold on Frigidaire professional products! This microwave is the best one of the many I've owned. It has super features and I'm still learning some of them.
