Poor Convection Oven!

We bought this unit about a month ago. We hate to use our full sized oven for small items as it heats up the house so much. We have a toaster oven that we've used for about 8 months but it takes up precious counter space. We thought we had found the answer when we found this product. Very disappointed in convection feature! In fact, it does not even get up to full temp. Claims it will heat to 450 degrees. After several items did not come out correctly we bought an oven thermometer. After 30 minutes the temp using the convection feature only reached 365 degrees! Also, the microwave takes longer to heat items than our previous one took. Disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I thought I will get for the money!

I bought this appliance a few month ago and I am not completely satisfied. It is recommended to use a temperature of 325 but it took more than 30 min. to bake an egg Ion top of pre-baked pastry. It is also roomy inside but because of the rack position, you can't put, let's say, a turkey inside. Sometimes it just turned of for no reason without any signal. It takes much higher temp than recommended and there is no broiler.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sveta, convection cooking circulates hot air through the oven cavity with a fan. While microwave ovens do not have a broil function (no radiant heating element), if you are looking for something more compact, toaster ovens do have a broil function. Pages 21- 27 in your Owner's Manual have more information on convection cooking (including how to change the temperature for convection cooking). While both racks are removable, perhaps cooking just a turkey breast, or leg would work better for you. If you microwave is set on sensor cooking, it may turn itself off when the humidity reaches the programed level. We purchased the professional series fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher for our new house. We had a couple of problems with the fridge ice makers, but those were eventually resolved. The intake fan on this microwave is very weak. We had a technician out and he explained that everything was installed properly, so I'm not sure what the deal was with that. He also explained that since it was weak that steam from the stovetop could eventually get into the microwave control panel and short it out. Sure enough, after about a year and a half of use, the left side of the control panel has stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This is the second time this unit has to be repaired and its not even a year yet. The first unit died in two days and was replaced, not by Frigidaire but by the company I purchased it from. Frigidaire refused to replace it. Now 10 months later that microwave is completely dead. Just stopped working. I just learned from the technician that they have to replace 5 parts!!! 5 parts to fix my 10 month old microwave. This is ridiculous and truthfully I just want my money back. There are serious problems with the microwaves design and parts and its not worth the money. I've had cheaper units that have worked better.
