Good Microwave but Convection Oven mode needs improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good microwave. Convection Oven mode could be better, only goes up to 400 degrees. The preheat function is worthless because when you open the door to put your food in, all the heat is gone. A good idea would be to backlight the control panel for at night.
