Beware of Handle

Bought entire “professional series” appliances for new home. The poor quality of craftsmanship is hidden until the warranty expires. Handle was attached with plastic molded brackets that deteriated and the handle fell off. Handle is made of metal and heavy. Chipped the stove top when it fell.

New Owner of Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this microwave so far. The design is very clean. My only comment is it isn’t as user friendly as microwaves I’ve had in the past. There’s more of a learning curve that I’m sure I’ll master. I haven’t used the convection features yet. (I’m a little intimidated, but I’ll get over it.)

I would say the only downside is this is my second microwave in 4 years. The others have quite working. I bought this one again because all my appliances match. if it goes out again, I will switch brands.
