Can’t change power level

Just purchased a home with this new microwave installed. I am not able to change the power level. Followed the instructions and tried several times. It’s so frustrating.

To change the power settings you will simply enter your time for cooking, then Power, than the 1-9 power setting you wish to use. If you continue to have trouble using this feature we would be happy to speak with you directly.

Nice for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, But like everything these days very complicated to operate. It would be better if the turntable to turn of in convection mode very strange that it does not. Looks nice inside and out. Lots of power.

We did not know how much we needed this microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As part of a package we were able to add this microwave to our other appliances that we were buying. We had another fairly new microwave but wanted to keep the kitchen suite harmonized by brand. What a workhorse we have found this microwave to be. We have retired our standalone hot air fryer and now just use our new microwave. It is so smart and takes the guesswork out of deciding how long to microwave or convection cook foods. Great add on that we did not even know we needed.

Frigidaire Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine. Maintaining the stainless color and keyboard area bit of a challenge as both always show fingerprints. In addition it does sound a bit “tinny” when you pull handle and open and close the door.

High end for great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a high level industrial looking set but didn’t have the room for a larger stove. This oven/micro combination is perfect! The settings are calibrated correctly, the microwave is also a convection oven, and the look is super high end. With the microwave/convection oven I have double ovens without taking up the space. I definitely would buy these again. Love them!!
