Microwave poor quality

I purchased a complete Frigidaire professional kitchen package in 2018. My wife and I wanted something that would last because we are like most working class and didn’t want to replace appliances every few years. I’m extremely disappointed in this product line. The microwaves operating functions are on the door the wires that go from the main housing to the door severed a year ago. I contacted Frigidaire about the problem and they sent me a complete new door and wire harness (thank you). Today I find that where the door hinges attach to the microwave housing are cracking out. I really hope that this design has been changed!

Beautiful gas stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I've used a gas cook top several times, this is my first foray with a gas oven. My sister, who I consider an excellent cook, has used her Frigidaire Professional gas stove for 25+ years and loves it. The stove is beautiful to look at and so far has functioned just fine...I just haven't tried the extra features of the oven, such as the air fryer function. This purchase was part of a kitchen redo and I have found all the Professional Series appliances we purchased to be beautiful and functional.

Microwave Excellence
