Frigidaire microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have followed all of the directions and the clock will not reset. I also can’t change the reheat items using any of the features. Very confusing and not sure if it is damaged or hard to use.

Controls dead after 2 years

Yet another disappointed customer reporting the controls have failed around the 2 year mark and this very expensive microwave is not functional. Started just showing the time but not responding to button presses. Then would display an “unplug” message. Now nothing.

Controls not working

I was very happy with the Frigidaire Microwave Professional Series until it stopped working. The clock shows the time and the light works; however, none of the buttons work? Please help. Thank you

We're happy to hear you're loving your new microwave! It sounds like you may have activated the Child Lock. To turn it back off, press the gear icon on the left side of the panel once and use the OK/Start button to choose Off. There are illustrated instructions on page 28 of your Owner's Manual at the following link: https://na2.electroluxmedia.com/Original/Electrolux/Electrolux%20Assets/Document/Complete%20Owners%20Guide/English/316495151en.pdf .
