I wrote a review as Poncho because you did not post my first review. I gave you a five star and still do but you need a few tweeks. 1. I agree with lunch lady, I have my beeper turned on high and can hardly hear it when in the kitchen. 2. The clock can't be read from any distance.

Great Features!

We bought all Frigidaire Professional appliances a month ago and they are great! We love the sleek look and smudge-proof stainless steel! They are very efficient and quiet! Amazing difference from a regular microwave. Greater flexibility and a welcome addition to our kitchen.

I have this microwave about a month and had to have a repairman out because it wouldn't start after you shut the door. The minutes would time out but the turntable would not work. Therefore I had no microwave. The repairman explained that the door had to catch with the processor. It worked for a while and now I must gingerly close the door for it to catch or else I just watch the minutes countdown without any success. I feel it needs some improvement. I like the idea of it being convection but I am hesitant to use it so it doesn't ruin my dinner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this microwave to replace another Frigidaire Professional that stopped working and was out of warranty. I didn't expect to get all the new features including convection cooking.

Have enjoyed this mic/conv. Works well in our RV. Does what it says it does.Was missing one of the wire racks and Frididaire is sending its replacement.

Better than Expected

I purchased this microwave about 4 months ago. I love the sleek design and it matches my other appliances. Since my oven started having issues, we have had to use the convection oven to bake. I'm so glad that the microwave has that feature.
It's pretty easy to operate and and after your food is done, there's a pleasant sounding beep at the end.
My only issue is the door handle is not sturdy. The hinges on the inside are already loose and it causes the door to be slightly lopsided. We called the repairman and he is stumped. Hopefully he will figure out how to repair it soon. Currently he's talking to the manufacture to get assistance.
