Had to wait two weeks for it to come in which I was fine with. customer service was great. I have bought all my appliances their before so i decided to return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our microwave died. Went looking for a replacement. Found a microwave/ convection oven on scratch & dent table at the appliance store. The price was good, decided we could live with the scratches as they'd be covered by cabinets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new microwave. We had a problem with the controls. the set of controls on the left side stopped working. When I looked online for a fix, I was amazed at the number of problems other people had. I called the shop where I purchased the oven. It was suggested that I unplug it and then plug it back in. This worked and my stomach stopped turning. I am back to loving the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1st microwave made rattling noise. It was extremely frustrating getting replacement but finally did accomplish. Not sure if the difficultly securing replacement was the manufacturer or dealer.
