Handle Gets Hot

Being an "over the stove microwave" I'd expect some heat. Our last one had a plastic handle but this unit has a chrome metal handle that gets extremely hot. We bought some handle covers ...seems to work ok now..no more burned hands.

Had to wait two weeks for it to come in which I was fine with. customer service was great. I have bought all my appliances their before so i decided to return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our microwave died. Went looking for a replacement. Found a microwave/ convection oven on scratch & dent table at the appliance store. The price was good, decided we could live with the scratches as they'd be covered by cabinets.
