Excellent Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Convection Microwave for about 6 months, I remodeled my kitchen and bought the complete professional series and love them all. This oven is a excellent size for reheating meals or cooking smaller meals when you do not want to heat the larger oven. I went with this instead of a hood above the stove and was concerned about ventilation but the fan on this oven is perfect for ventilation. The LED adjustable lights are also perfect for lighting up the stove cooking area which I would not have with a ventilation hood. I use this more then the bigger oven since I have a small family but have cooked a 9lb chicken in it without a problem. I highly recommend it.

Crazy loud, poor ventilation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge because of its sleek look, but unfortunately it has some major flaws. It will occasionally vibrate so loud when running that you won't be able to even hear your TV. And for some reason it doesn't ventilate moisture - moisture always collects in the microwave itself, but on occasion it will even collect and pool above the microwave. Right now we are getting it fixed under warranty and will see if that helps.

Lasted 5 years then KAPUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought and installed this microwave 5 years ago. Never used the convection feature, in fact, only used it occasionally to reheat things. After 5 years, started to work intermittently, Cost to fix it was very high. Due to how it needed to be placed above stove and not wanting to hire a handyman bought the exact same one, hoping that first one was a lemon. It made the install very simple (same screw holes and brace).
