So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look and features on this microwave. It does make a strange sound about 1 minute into cooking. I’ve contacted Frigidaire and I’m waiting on warranty repair to diagnose/fix, but overall it is a nice microwave.

Wow! Lots to learn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this installed for about 3 weeks now. I'm still not sure how to use everything on it. I do not know how to change to power of the cooking...example my old microwave reheated up my coffee at 25 seconds. This one takes 45 seconds and it's still cold in areas...so clearly something needs to change in the settings. I'm still learning it. Haven't tried the convection part yet. Have never had that feature, so I'm still a little scared. It's nice, I just need to read the manual a little better. I do like the under lighting. It was a huge difference from our old microwave.
