If I could give 0 stars I would. This microwave works great when it works. I have purchased 2 of these because the break the month after the warranty runs out. The board just says unplug. Don't waste your money. I am disappointed in Frigidaire.

Great when it Works, but that time is limited. It will break.

Bought this microwave as an appliance package in 2018. Had to replace it under warranty in 2020 because the door broke. And now in 2023 I am having to replace it again because it completely stopped working, the electric board on it froze and there's no fix.
When it works, it's a great microwave. But it will break on you, its not made to last.

just stopped working

Just stopped working. can't get it to start up. It had been acting funny and freezing but last night it just went blank. Bought in 2018 should have lasted a bit longer. It was awesome when it worked.

Great replacement for a 15 year old unit on it's last legs. Really like convection/microwave which cooks very well.
