Happy but not thrilled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many features that seem unnecessary. Vent fan is loud but not effective. Went with this model based on higher cfm for vent but it doesn’t work any better than old one. Only thing quiet about the microwave is the timer alert. Can’t hear it from another room. Oh well it works and looks good.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the over the range microwave/convection combination oven. There is a little bit of a learning curve to using the convection feature. I have cooked casseroles and baked goods and am satisfied with the performance. Love the light feature.wish I could have vented the fan to the outside but a gas line was in the way. Happy with the purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried out the sensor cook, the melt/soften, and the manual cook several times. Just tried out the convection cook last night. Still have to explore the combi/cook. The manual has been very helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because the fan on my other microwave was worthless. All the dishes, glasses and what ever else was in the cupboards was covered with grease. This one takes out all the smells and I mean all the smells plus all the smoke it is amazing. I love the convection oven as well. Wish I knew this was out there years ago. I would recommend it to anyone I know in need of a new microwave.
