Worked for 6 years.

Bought in 2016. I have the same problem as many here. The door hinge wiring is worn and causing it to stop working intermittently. Can get it to come on by opening and closing the door a few times. Its days are numbered. Such a high cost microwave should last a lot longer than this has.

Don't Waste Your Money

The Door handle is made of plastic so it cracked and broke off. It is out of warranty so we must buy a new handle and have it replaced. Also, the vent cover fell off so that needs to be repaired. This is a very expensive microwave and should last longer.

Not great

Have had the Microwave for three years. I have had to reset is multiple times when it seems to freeze up and stop working. Handle just broke because it's a cheap piece of plastic. Normal use and no one yanking or mistreating it. Would not recommend. Should have known not to buy a product with only a 1 year warranty.

Microwave Rattles every time you use it - support disconnects you and says sorry

Try calling support....hangs up on you. Microwave rattles for a solid minute straight every time we use it. Brand new. Pretty sure we didn't buy a microwave with a rattle.

2-In-1 Over-The-Range Convection Microwave great option for any kitchen!

HOUSE FULL OF FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCES

We purchased a newly built home approximately less than two years ago. We came down to heat a cup of water for coffee and the microwave had no lights NONE. We checked the plugin, and it was not the problem. I have read online that other people have had their microwaves not lasting two years. So, let me ask can I expect the same thing to happen to my washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove? I registered all my products, but will that do me any good or did I just waste my time and give my email address away.

If you notice the light inside your microwave is not illuminating, you could simply have a blown bulb. Before checking the bulb, unplug the microwave. If you determine the bulb is indeed blown, identify the type of bulb your microwave uses and carefully replace the bulb with a new one.

Frequent tripping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed brand new Frigidaire Professional in new home. But frequent breaker tripping after 3 years of use. Called for service, almost all appliance repair technicians tell me to buy new microwave! We couldn't find service manual to open & check the switch or any other problem. Any idea, suggestion or service manual, please? Thank you.

Garbage

The stainless steel cover began to peel off immediately after purchase. The microwave lasted three years before it died. Very overpriced!!!!
