[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really enjoying the convection oven feature of this microwave. It is not as good as a full size oven, but great when you don't want to heat up a full oven. The only issue we have had is that the door is a bit lower on the latch side and has to be lifted to close completely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace a microwave that was aging and had a shorted out keypad. I was tired of the usual manufacturers and opted for this one. It’s great overall, easy to maintain, I like the keypad being on the bottom. The LED lighting is super bright and it’s easy to operate as well.
One complaint, would have wished that the beeps were a lot louder. If you’re in another room you may not hear it when it’s done.

Weak lower door hinge. Poor spot weld needs reinforcing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this microwave for approximately 2 years and started having trouble with the lower door hinge coming loose causing the door to catch on the stainless steel sheet metal housing when opening the door. Had to take the unit down and remove the metal housin To repair it I had to install an 8/32 machine screw, lockwasher and nut on the lower door hinge support. The hole was already there and was able to get the screw in tight through the existing hole. This solved the problem for now. Hope that it holds. Engineering definately needs to address this problem.
