[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this a few times so it would be helpful if they asked for a review a year after I've used something but they usually don't. So far it works well for microwaving. It's very powerful and quick. Changing the clock time is not intuitive. I had to look it up. But once I learned it; it was easy. The baking aspect of it is a nice feature. But I've found it to be more inconvenient and makes a mess in general to bake in a microwave, not because of this particular product. So I think I'll just use it as a microwave
