4YEARS AND THE HANDLE COMES OFF THE DOOR. VERY DISAPOINTED! PRICE OF A NEW ONE IS ABOUT WHAT WE PAID FOR IT NEW. WON'T BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN.

Looks nice, but definitely not professional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few years ago, and one day, all the controls on the left panel just stopped working. I can set the cooking time only now. No error messages on the display that indicate any issues. I think in order to pay this much money that's supposedly professional, it should be much more resilient and indicative of potential issues. Not happy; I feel this is just another overpriced product that doesn't live up to it's hype. Definitely not worth the money. I thought only Kitchen Aid had degraded in terms of quality and value...

High power, microwave and oven
