Simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature i love the most is the alert sounds are quiet. Instead of constant loud beeps, the alerts a subtle and quick. I also like the ease of use of the control pad.

No longer matches my suite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Six years ago I purchased a refridgerator, dishwasher and microwave. The microwave died ( too soon) and I ordered a new matching model. Except it doesn't quite match. The handle is different and the display is blue instead of yellow. While none of this is the fault of the new microwave, I no longer have a matched set.
It's early, but the new microwave works well so far. Hope it lasts longer than the last one.

Cooks fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago and so far I am happy with it. It has a rack for double plate heating/cooking. It has a large capacity so cooking a casserole is no problem. I have not tried the convection cook yet. Easy to operate

Top of the line, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this microwave, but I have to admit one problem that happened with this same microwave, and it's the reason I have a new one. I had this same microwave for less than 4 years, and the touch pad, on the door, started working intermittently. The microwave worked fine, but I would hit a button on the door, and it wouldn't work. Then, 30 seconds or so later, it did work. My husband and I decided that it was cheaper to buy a new microwave than to buy a new door to the old microwave, due to the cost. This time, we bought the insurance, so that if we have a problem again, it will be covered. This could have been just an unlucky glitch, but that's the life of electronic touch pads. I still love the microwave, but I was disappointed that I had to buy a new one so soon.

Timer audio disappointing

We just bought this a week ago and it was installed yesterday. Seems nicely built, however, time sound can barely be heard when it goes off. Audio is on high thru settings but it only seems to control keypad noise. Will be adding extended warranty due to the steam when cooking on stovetop goes right up to front of unit even with micro fan on turbo...I can see this failing..last one lasted 15 yrs..dont this will last 5.

Stopped working

I purchased this microwave around two years ago and just recently it stopped working. There is power to outlet but microwave does not turn on. Also the exhaust fan is really loud and very subpar.
