Almost Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it very much, I would have given it 5 stars if the Audio was louder. Being hard of hearing I have trouble hearing the chime.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with this product. It performs all the functions as stated. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because the exhaust fan is not as powerful as I imagined. I would have liked for the fan to have more suction power.

Poor design

I had the same problem as other users. The wire handle was cut in two years of usage. Frigidaire should recall this microwave due to the wire flaw. It is expensive to fix as purchasing a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the microwave about a month. I love the light touch keypad, barely have touch it and 30 second option to quickly warm something. I also like the pleasant and quiet timer. It just nicely chimes when time is up and reminds you, again nicely chiming, when you forgot to remove your item from the microwave. Sometimes it's the little things, you know? So far the only thing I'm not thrilled with is that is seems loud when it is running. We have an open concept home and the sound of the microwave is louder than I prefer when I'm trying to watch TV.
