Very touchy front panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went cleaning front panel, all touch buttons light up, very annoying. When we first got it the wave gard inside was broken. Took two weeks to get new one before I could use it. The wave is very chip material like think paper, the inside will be hard to clean because of this. They should give extras because of this. The timer is not very loud should be louder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just recently installed our microwave in our new home. Unfortunately we have not lived here with the unit long enough to have developed an opinion. It did fail to come with any ventilation equipment and living in a foreign country it is difficult to access the material necessary to externally vent the unit. That is our present dilemma. I anticipate that we will ultimately be very happy with the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with this product. It performs all the functions as stated. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because the exhaust fan is not as powerful as I imagined. I would have liked for the fan to have more suction power.
