Love the touch of the controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love using this microwave, it has a lot more cooking options than my old one did plus it is more powerful and cooks quicker. I just wish the timer was louder, you can barely hear it.

Issue with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is installed over the stove. The heat from the stove causes the microwave to be inoperable. Solution, we have to fun the fan on the microwave when using the appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Unfoyled! Per the Owner's Manual, the turntable cannot be turned off in Convection mode. The constantly moving air surrounds the food to heat the outer portion quickly, creating even browning and sealed-in flavor by the constant motion of hot air over the food surfaces. The turntable helps with the air flow. ~ Brandi
