Great Machine!

We bought this machine in 2007 and have not had any problems with it. We did some research first and discovered if you overload the machine, it will breakdown, so we don't. We also read how important it is to dry the machine after use to avoid mildew so we wipe the inside of the rubber seal and the glass door down after each use (takes about 15 seconds) then we leave the door open a few inches. We love this machine!

Overall it gets the job done

We got it 9 years ago. Since the very 1st day had some fault code & begun my appliance repairman career, part-time at home.So far replaced 2-3 drain pumps, some water sensor, and now have issues with drum.Also replaced baffle, since for years it was ripping our laundry and I didn't see any sharp edges in the drum.Gotta keep that drain filter clean, well at least go there once in a while and clean up.Overall washer is okay, but I wouldn't recommend to a friend who is not mechanically inclined.So, basically if you looking for a washer that would keep you busy - this is the one. Also, if you like a hippy style with holes in your clothes - definitely get this model.Hope this review helps

I like the washer, because it saves on the water bill.

The washert is great and save on water, theonly drawback is it smells after awhile so I bought the maintance cleaner. It works best if you leave the door open to air out.

Not as good as expected

My sons Christmas gift to me 10 years ago and I have replaced the water pump 3 times already. I feel pump is to small for it. There is no trap to stop small things ie coins, bobby pins, ect from being sucked into pump and causing pump to burn out. Washer also tangles up the clothes so much its a struggle to remove clothes from washer and causing my clothes to be stretched all out of shape. Waste of hard earned money
