Sleek and big Washing Machine

I bought the washer and dryer set in July 2016. I love the big wash basket and it took some getting used to but I like the agitation and waterfall action. However, I have had issues with the Smart Dispense on the detergent and had to have a repairman come out under the warranty. Even though he replaced the "trigger mechanism" for the SmartDispense I feel like there isn't enough if any detergent dispensed. the Indicator level on the controls for the dispenser hasn't moved since I started using the machine. It seems a bit better since the trigger was replaced but I still add a small amount manually to my wash loads. Other than that I really like the washing machine and all its other features!

Excellent capability for large and small loads

Great volume for large bulky loads. A great feature would be a flip out step on the front for short people to be able to reach the bottom of the tub! Loving it though.

Awesome washer!!

we bought 2 whirlpool washers without agitator. They each lasted 3 years and froze up. we decided to switch to GE because of a good feedback. So far we are in love with it! Unlike other machines that use low water level this one uses enough water to cover the clothing. It handles bulky item famously. It took a while to figure out how to use the features properly. But worth the time once we figured it out. Not too crazy about the auto softener dispenser, but found the formula to bypass it. We are VERY happy with this washer.

Can do large loads without an issue

We've had this for nearly a year and love it. I wish the app had more functionality but overwise the machine is great. We have 3 children and this model is able to handle it all.

Love the large drum

Bought in February and didn't work but GE replaced it and this one works great. Everything is so automatic and can wash huge loads all at once.
