No Soft Close Lid

The machine is great so far but it does not have a soft-close hydraulic lid as described on the website, it is a standard spring lid. Just make sure you know that fact because the lid will slam if you let it drop. It's not a deal killer for me but its annoying to receive something less than expected.

Listed as black color, it is more of a dark metallic charcoal, a real beauty!
Setting for every type of load imaginable, a separate module is available for purchase that lets your washer talk to your dryer so the dryer knows exactly how much dry your clothes. Or just choose one of the settings and push the "On" button. Pretty cool! No agitator really makes the capacity huge. The coolest thing is the detergent and softener wells....fill them and forget it for like 2 months. The washer dispenses the liquids automatically.

Doesn't rinse properly

I've had it serviced, I've washed the basket many times and I've loaded it with only 5 items, and consistently this machine leaves dry spots on clothes. They say there's nothing wrong with it and it's because it washing in a "wave motion" which is gentle on the clothes. I advise you NOT to purchase this washer. Plus, along with the dryer, they scratch VERY easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waited for backorder to clear and received units recently, matched set. So far washing and drying satisfactory, as expected. Color upgrade worth price. WiFi not so much it seems. The app seems useless. Not sure of app's benefit(s). Couldn't get it to functional properly, until I contacted tech support. Who instructed me to removed the network cable the manual suggests you install to take advantage of the "clean-speak" technology.

Bought in February and have had nothing but issues.. Can't use the fabric softener button because it stains all the clothes. If you forget you have change in your pocket it goes to the bottom under th plastic ring and makes a horrible sound. Each and every time this happens you have to remove the cap ( using tools) . Doesn't smell clean , ever! It has an auto dispense.. I don't know where the soap goes but it never seems to get to my clothes but the darn thing always needs more! Just a bad product.. Worst thing I've ever bought

technician has changed out 3 parts to try and get dispenser to work properly. clothes hardly move around during wash cycle. They sit in the same spot the whole time.

Technician came three times to fix smart dispense but couldn't get it working.
I requested replacement. When replacement arrived and tested we refused to accept it as feature wasn't working again.
