I bought this because I have the 3 year old model in another home and love it. This one is not as nice and buttons are not working already. I also do not like the fact that there is no rinse cycle. Wish I had visited the store and checked it out beforehand. I love the older model!

Beautiful but...

I just moved into my new home and was delighted to use my new washer & dryer. The first load I did was dark clothes and they came out with white streaks all over the clothes. I use Tide Pods so I don't understand. I did a quick wash and rinse and still had white streaks. Some clothes even had dry spots so wondering if it washes thoroughly. I don't see a control for the water level. Guessing it's self-adjusting...I feel there's not enough water to cover the load and clothes don't move around that much. Will call CS to ask questions. Maybe I'm missing something.

I WORK FOR GE AND LOVE THIS WASHER THAT I BOUGHT FOR MYSELF FOR PERSONAL USE. I DIDN'T THINK I'D CARE THAT IT WAS WIFI CONNECTED BUT USE IT MORE THAN I IMAGINED. WASHES GREAT, I HAVE 7 KIDS AND IT KEEPS UP WITH OUR DEMAND.

Better for our clothes

I bought this washer because it was a top loader. I had the front loader and I didn't like it as well as this one. The features were impressive so I opted for this model. I used it and what a difference in time and the look of the clothes. It puts the right amount of detergent and fabric softener in and the time it takes is shorter. The size of the loads is important also, this washer will be able to do all of the things I need to wash with no problem.
