Loud and slow

How this unit could possibly be louder than the previous model is beyond me. It sounds like a ratchet spinning and thumps constantly. None of the preset selections get normally worn clothes clean regardless of how much or what brand detergent you use.

I am not happy with the cleaning results. My whites do not come out white like my old machine. I have tried all different settings. Unhappy with this purchase.

Disappointment

We are so disappointed in this washer. It has given us problems since purchased in the Summer of 2016. It leaves lint on all dark clothes no matter the wash load size or water temperature. It has a huge drum but we can only wash small loads. We are currently considering replacing it.

Junk ~ does not clean clothes

Bring back the agitator... this machine is junk. It has missed the mark on its sole purpose. Clean clothes... I could not be more disappointed with this product. I’m walking around in dirty jeans everyday because this piece of junk won’t clean them...even after 80 minutes of wash.

I have put 5 drain hoses on this thing!

I DO NOT recommend this washer and dryer! I have had issues with this machine since day one! I have put 5 drain hoses on this washer (flooding my storage room every time!) the detergent tank had a hole in it when I got it and of course made a mess then too, I can’t get the extra water in the tub to get a good clean to my clothes and it keep pausing mid cycle. I was given this set of washer/dryer for my anniversary and it has been such a disappointment
