I got this refrigerator about three months ago. I do NOT like the fact that the ice switch is almost unreachable. Very bad feature on this refrigerator. I would recommend the refrigerator but not the freezer due to this feature.

Problems from the start

Had issue with vegetables freezing in bottom of vegetable drawer. Technician said this is a known problem and installed some gasket material around the duct where the freezer cold air comes up through the bottom of the refridgerated section. If this is a known problem, why let them go out the door that way? Also turned out fridge was running constantly due to a bad mother board, which was replaced. Neighbor told me of a GE refridgerator he returned and brought another brand due to the repeated replacement of mother boards. I hope this is not going to be the case for me.
Freezer storage is also very limited compared to other brands.

This is my first french door refrigerator. I love it. It is quiet. It is attractive. I had trouble finding a smaller french door refrigerator to fit my space and this works. It has plenty of room inside and is easy to access. The only problem is that on humid, warm days there is some condensation that occurs over the freezer door, but nothing that I can't live with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this refrigerator 10 months ago and have not had a single problem. It is quiet and works great. The crisper drawers keep our produce fresh for a long time without any of it freezing. we also like the capacity of the unit - there is good balance between freezer and refrigerator capacity.

Outstanding Fridge

Although this is a lot more fridge than I need (being single) the main reason I went with it is the large pull-out drawer freezer. The "Turbo Cool" is also handy after a large run to the grocery store, but normally I use the power saving feature.
