Great refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator in January, and love everything about it. This is my first double door and bottom freezer, and works well for me. I have plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer. This, also, is my first stainless steel, and purchased the matching gas 5-burner gas range and over the range microwave. Love all of them.....thank you GE!!!
For those concerned with keeping the stainless clean, I only use microfiber cloths. One wet for wiping down, and a separate dry cloth to dry off. They are shiny and perfect.

This refrigerator was purchased over a month ago to replace our old one. We had a few requirements that the GE unit fulfilled and exceeded. While size was critical since we had a built-in spot to fill, the build quality and the appearance of this refrigerator was much nicer than other we considered. The shelving configuration is very flexible, the bottom freezer has a lot of capacity, and the doors also hold quite a bit. The operating sounds are very quiet, and even the ice maker is reasonably quiet. We are very happy with our choice to purchase this refrigerator.

Overall capacity a lot smaller than anticipated, designed with "look" in mind not functionality. No filter, needed to purchase external filter for ice-maker.

This fridge has been running for three months now, and it is still much quieter than I expected. This is very important since my kitchen is part of my main living/dining area. The french doors are a good feature, because less space is needed to swing doors open. The refrigerator part is well designed and has more room than I need--love the storage space in the doors. I wish there was more room in the freezer. I think existing freezer space could be designed a little better to provide more storage space.
In general, I think that refrigerators need to have more freezer space and less refrigerator space. My style of shopping is to do most of my food shopping once a month, jamming it all in my freezer.
