Beautiful, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this gas range to replace an electric version that we purchased 2 years ago when we refinished our entire kitchen and added all new Frigidaire Gallery appliances. It was an exact swap out, only needed to switch from 220v to 110v power and add a gas line. Looks great, the features are the same as the electric version that we are replacing. The gas allows for a precise control of the heat. We have found most of the online criticisms of any of these Gallery appliances to be unfounded. High quality, beautiful, easy to clean and keep clean. The Smudge Proof stainless steel is what sold us on these appliances when we bought them originally 2 years ago and we couldn't be happier. The Smudge Proof stainless stays beautiful by simply wiping down with a clean damp cloth.

Hate the noisy fan

I bought this in November. The cooling fan that runs continually while the oven is very noisy. I’ve had it looked at and have been told that is just the way it is. Very bad design flaw. Wish I had not bought this stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stove flames burn out when oven is on

First of all, the fan in the oven is quite loud. And it goes on forever after the oven is turned off. But the bigger issue is that when the oven is on with the fan blowing, it will blow out the burner, unless you have it on high. So, it is easy to breath in the gas for several minutes before you notice your flame has burned out. If you leave the burner on high, then it doesn't always burn out, but you can easily burn your food. Very frustrating. It is also very easy to bump the knobs out of place, also causing you to breath gas before you realize it is on. I would not buy this product again.

love the convection cook feature!

This range was in our new spec home when we purchased it a couple of months ago. We love the industrial look and unique grill. We both love to cook and have all ready enjoyed many gourmet meals on our Frigidaire! The cook top is a breeze to clean with the moveable grates. We highly recommend this range!

I am not as pleased. Took 3 months to get it working properly and the contractor noted 3 things that when assembled were not done correctly. Frustrating.
