We purchased 4 Gallery appliances for our kitchen re-do. We had Gallery appliances in the past and have had good luck with them, So it was kind of a no-brainer to not at least look at the new versions. So far we are very happy with our decision.

I bought this range 6 weeks ago. Before I purchased it I checked the ratings. Good and bad. So far I am very happy with it. Only 2 of the bad statements held true. The rubber in between control panel and surface top does collect food etc. I am a tooth brush cleaner so I just clean it out when I clean the rest of stove, which I have found easy and looks new again.
However the fan noise while cooking is something I didn't have before. We have a very small house all on one floor so it is noticeable but not annoying.

Very Very Nice slide in

This is a very nice slide in range. We use the top mostly and it cook things quite quickly. You need to pay attention to the amt of heat when you are using it as I am use to the old range and this one has higher btu's. so the flame is greater. To find one that was black, slide in and gas at a reasonable price took some looking for. We needed nothing fancy but also wanted convection. Only 1 issue.The space it goes into was for the old one so it fit perfect but it seems this one has a small gap 1/4" in the back to meet the granite. Our electrical plug is in the way now. There is a metal piece you can buy called a "Slide in Range rear filler kit" . We have used oven a few times and works quite well. Not crazy about light coming on every time you open the door. Also bottom rack slides out as it is hooked to door which is a plus when cooking a turkey. We shall see. Only had it a month or so .
