I bought this refrigerator a month ago and so far it lives up to the expectation. It is not a fancy but a very soid unit.

It was the only refrigerator that would fit in the space I had. I am glad I made this choice as the new one has more room inside & performance is excellent.

Field test your stuff!

As a frequent purchaser of these appliances I know they are not field tested. I run into problems all the time. I call on the warranty and still have the same problems out of warranty. You can't always fix bad design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this refrigerator a month ago and it's working perfectly. I hope it stands up to the test of time. It's a solid basic refrigerator.

Sad with my choice

I had my Frigidaire delivered on October 10 and much to my disappointment the freezer didn't work right. It would not hold temp at range to keep food frozen. Would go up to as high as 40 degrees. All my food was ruined and no claim for lost food. Even if it never worked right. After one no show and two more appts parts were finally replaced on October 30. The freezer still does not hold at 0 or below constantly. It will go up to 6 to 8 degrees during defrost cycle. But at least it is not frosting food as quickly. I chose Frigidaire because my last one lasted 30 years, go figure USA built.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
