Disappointing quality

This is the second Frigidaire unit I got, replacing a similar one that I had purchased about 6 months earlier. While the cooling aspects are okay, there is constantly ice formation inside the freezer, around the edges of the door. Multiple efforts to call warranty repair service, replace the seal, replace the door etc have not resolved the issue. I wonder what Frigidaire can do to improve quality and have a satisfied customer?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good value for the price

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. One of the sliding shelves won't slide. Frigidaire sent a replacement shelve but still doesn't slide. This refrigerator replaced a 30+ year old refrigerator that was much better made that was repaired only once. Otherwise it's running fine. Freezer is little small.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recurring Freezer Issue

We bought this a little over 2 years ago. We immediately had an issue with the freezer sealing (as someone else mentioned) and our freezer contents were covered in ice. It was still under warrantee so we were able to have it remediated. Now barely 2 years later we are again having this issue; but do not have a protection plan so will have to already put money into this fridge for the same issue. Our old fridge (a different brand), still continues to run perfectly in our basement without ever having an issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unit had a lot of water in the refrigerator

The unit was in our garage and was supposed to be garage ready. The seal was not tight and water evaporated in the refrigerator. The service person said he could try to fix it by putting a sealant on the door. We thought we should not have to do this for a new unit so we returned it. Sorry for the bad review.

Good refrigerator

At first I loved this refrigerator and then the handle broke off after a month of use :( I'm happy to report that Frigidaire did send me a new one immediately (and a spare) but I'm hoping that I'll never need the spare. Other than that it's been perfect. The temperatures have been fine in both sections, I love the larger door storage compared to my old Frigidaire.
